Booking requests aren't reservations
Submitting a request does not hold your dates. Our team checks the calendar and confirms your booking only after your reservation payment is verified.
Stay types
Each request covers one room and one fixed schedule — a short stay (day or night), a 22-hour stay, or a multi-night stay, depending on what that room offers. The schedule shown when you book is fixed, and its exact check-in and check-out times are shown with every option.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Strictly no cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment
Payment account details are set by the CG Chillcation team and are not yet configured in this preview.
Security deposit
A separate ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is due upon check-in. It is excluded from the reservation-payment threshold and accommodation total. Deductions may cover accidental damage, linen stains, or failure to leave the room reasonably clean. It is refunded after checkout and room inspection if there are no damages or policy violations.
Guest conduct
Guests are expected to follow the house rules for their room's location, shown on the Policies page and in your room's check-in details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here is the one that applies to new requests.
