The questions guests ask most, before they book.

Does sending a request reserve the room?: No. A request doesn't hold your dates. Our team checks the calendar and confirms your stay only after your reservation payment is verified.
What payment is needed to confirm?: A reservation payment: ₱1,000 when the accommodation total is under ₱3,000, or 50% of the total at ₱3,000 and above. It's deducted from your accommodation total, not an extra charge.
Is there a security deposit?: Yes — a separate ₱1,000 refundable security deposit, collected at check-in and returned after, less any itemized deductions. It's not part of the reservation payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule?: No. Bookings are strictly no cancellations or rescheduling, and the stay schedule shown for your room is fixed.
