When you send a booking request: your name, mobile number, email address, guest count and ages, and vehicle details if you provide them. After your reservation payment is verified, we also ask everyone staying to submit photos of a valid ID as part of preparing for check-in.
How we use it
To review and confirm your booking request, verify your reservation payment, prepare for your stay, and contact you about your booking. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to run your stay.
How ID photos are handled
Valid-ID photos are stored in a private location that only CG Chillcation staff can access — they are never made public and are not shown anywhere on this website.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The only cookies set are functional ones that keep our staff signed in to the booking dashboard — nothing is used to track guests across other websites.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
