Security deposit

A separate ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is due upon check-in. It is excluded from the reservation-payment threshold and accommodation total. Deductions may cover accidental damage, linen stains, or failure to leave the room reasonably clean. It is refunded after checkout and room inspection if there are no damages or policy violations.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to process your booking request and prepare for your stay: your name, mobile number, email, guest counts/ages, and vehicle details if applicable. After your reservation payment is verified, we also ask for photos of valid IDs for everyone staying, which our staff can view but which are never made public. We never ask for passwords, and we don't share your details beyond what's needed to run your stay.

Requests aren't reservations

Submitting a request does not reserve the room. Our team confirms your booking only after verifying your reservation payment.
